The rooms have a cozy vibe with unique spa features, offering a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of activities. Additionally, the lodge's location provides easy access to several nearby ski areas, making it a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts.
The property could definitely use some updates—think outdated decor and old tube TVs that belong in a museum. Getting upstairs is a workout since there’s no elevator, and the steep stairs can be a hassle for those with luggage. Plus, sound travels easily through the walls, and if you’re near the kitchen, expect a bit of noise during mealtimes. Having a refrigerator and microwave would also enhance the stay, as heating up leftovers is often a must after a day of exploring.

great amenities but missing attention to detail
The lodge is incredibly pet-friendly, especially in the lounge and bar areas. Our puppy accompanied us during dinner without any issues. The bar served local spirits that added to our experience.
However, the cleanliness of our room left a bit to be desired.

We loved exploring the national park and trying out water sports facilities nearby. The place feels cozy and welcoming, and the bar serves great local drinks. Be sure to try the chicken wings! Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a bit tricky with luggage.
Had a little difficulty with the stairs to our room while carrying our bags.
